Hot to create shortlist in the CV database/ to organise profiles in projects (May 2025)

1. Find a matching candidate and click on the "organise in projects" icon

2. a modal will open to view your projects.

Click "New Project" to create a new project

3. give a name to your project for example "Project manager in Middle East" and click "Create"

4. The project will appear on the top.

Click "Add" to add the selected profile to the project

5. Click "X: to close the modal and return to screening

6. To see all your project along with their details click "Projects"

7. Click a project's name to view the added candidates

8. In this page you can see your short list. Last added candidates will appear on top

9. You can also click "Organise in projects" in this page to remove or to add the candidate to more projects

10. Use "Projects" to quickly compare top candidates and focus on the most qualified individuals!
